Anti-inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 handful spinach or kale
  • 1 handful whole cranberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • a few strawberries (green leafy part included)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to your blender and enjoy!
