Heat over to 325 degrees.
Spray a 15x10x1 inch- baking pan with non-stick spray. In a large bowl or mixer stir all ingredients together until mixture is completely moist and coated. Use clean hands to press mixture evenly into the greased pan. If mix seems too crumbly, add a bit more honey (or maple syrup). Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 18 bars and wrap individually. Can be stored in freezer as well.
I like to experiment with different dried fruits and nuts. Raisins, dates and walnuts for example, are a nice combination too! Experiment and have fun!
