Morning Pick-Me-Up

  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ an avocado
  • ½ cup strawberries (green leafy part included)
  • a few chunks of mango
  • a handful of goji berries
  • water, start with ¼ cup and adjust as needed

Add all ingredients to your blender and enjoy!


Experiment with a different type of green leafy vegetable each time you visit your market! Great options for smoothies: spinach, kale, collard greens, mustard greens, Swiss chard.
