PB Energy Balls

  • ½ cup 100% natural peanut butter (I like to buy mine freshly pressed)
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey or agave
  • 1 ½ cup crispy oats
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup raisins or cocoa nibs

additional add-ins or substitutes

  • coconut flakes
  • toasted kasha
  • cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spatula until well distributed. Roll into bit-sized balls and refrigerate for at least one hour before eating.

I like to keep them in a freezer in a zip lock and pop out one at a time as needed.


Great for pre-workout energy!
My 2 year old loves this as dessert or a snack! They are packed with protein, omega 3 fatty acids and fiber!
