Below is just a sampling of my own recipes that family and friends have enjoyed. I cook primarily with whole, fresh, high quality ingredients and I adapt my recipe suggestions to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I will always make accommodations for each and every one of the following: availability of time, financial constraints, pallet preferences and food intolerances or sensitivities.

I work with my clients to uncover and promote the foods that nourish while experimenting and eliminating the foods that don’t. The ingredients to creating a sustainable and effective lifestyle are acknowledging bio-individuality and creating habits that encourage health and wellness for every client.
