Amount of greens, cheese and dressing used depends upon your serving size
Add olive oil to a saucepan over medium heat, add onions and sauté for a few minutes, until onions wilt.
Combine greens, raisins, peas, walnuts and feta in a mixing bowl.
Add sauted onions to greens and mix gently so olive oil from onions coats the salad.
Make your dressing by whisking water, honey and a dash of sea salt.
Combine all ingredients and drizzle as much dressing as you like!
